Rules
Terms of Giving Support and Website Use
Updated: July 2026
These Rules explain how support for the Charity and Support Fund “Visi išvien” works through the visiisvien.lt website: the ways you can donate, how monthly support is administered, how funds assigned to a specific campaign are allocated, and when a refund is possible. You can read them in order or jump straight to the section that interests you.
1. General provisions
These rules (hereinafter – the Rules) govern the provision of support through the website visiisvien.lt (hereinafter – the Website), operated by Charity and Support Fund “Visi išvien” (company code 306950546, registered address Kalniečių g. 112, LT-50154 Kaunas) (hereinafter – the Fund), and the rights and obligations of Supporters in this regard.
2. Definitions
2.1. Supporter – a natural or legal person providing money or other support to the Fund through the Website, in accordance with these Rules.
2.2. Recurring Supporter — a natural person who decides to automatically contribute a chosen amount every month, using one of the methods set out in clause 3.
3. Ways to Give Support
3.1. By bank transfer – using the details provided on the Website.
3.2. Through the Website's integrated payment – by online banking, payment card or digital wallet:
- online banking – Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas;
- Visa / MasterCard payment cards;
- Apple Pay and Google Pay.
All payments on the Website are made in euros (EUR) only. Payments integrated into the Website are processed by the payment service provider Maksekeskus AS, which operates the makecommerce.lt payment platform.
3.3. You can direct a one-time donation either to the Fund's general activities or to a specific campaign (Rules clause 10). You can also set up monthly support (Rules clause 4).
4. Monthly (recurring) support
4.1. To set up monthly support, you select the recurring option on the Website and enter your details along with your payment card or other digital payment information.
4.2. The first payment happens the moment you confirm the order. Every following month, the same amount is automatically debited from the bank account linked to the card you provided.
4.3. An insufficient account balance may be the reason a given month's payment doesn't go through.
4.4. Recurring support continues indefinitely until the Recurring Supporter decides to stop it — which can be done at any time. We accept cancellation requests by email at info@visiisvien.lt; we reply within 2 business days, and the subscription itself is stopped within 5 business days of receiving the request.
4.5. Unlike a one-time donation, monthly support always stays general — it cannot be directed to a specific campaign.
5. When a company or organisation donates
5.1. Companies, institutions and organisations can contribute by bank transfer using the details published on the Site; in the payment purpose field, please write “PARAMA”.
5.2. On request (usually for support of 1,500 EUR or more) we prepare a formal support agreement — email us at info@visiisvien.lt.
6. Responsibility of the Supporter
The Supporter is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided and for the lawful origin of the funds contributed.
7. Confirmation
As soon as the bank or payment partner confirms the transfer went through, that amount is immediately counted toward the overall total raised, and if the donation was directed to a specific campaign, it simultaneously raises that campaign's progress indicator.
8. Changes to the Rules
These Rules are not set in stone — the Fund may change or add to them. Each change takes effect from the moment it's published on the Website, so we invite you to check back occasionally to make sure everything written here still works for you.
9. How funds are used
9.1. Unless you clearly specify otherwise, your donation is included in the Fund's general budget, which covers the activities listed below:
- humanitarian aid;
- trench candles;
- camouflage nets;
- vehicles;
- other mission-related activities.
9.2. The situation at the front changes quickly, so the actual need at any given moment may differ from what was planned in advance. Therefore we reserve the right to decide ourselves, at the time, exactly what the funds raised are used for — so they reach wherever help is needed most.
10. Specific causes (targeted support)
10.1. We may publish specific campaigns on the Website — for example, funding a particular vehicle or a batch of candles — with a stated goal (the amount to be raised) and, where applicable, a deadline. When making a one-time donation, you can choose whether it goes to a specific campaign or to the Fund's general activities.
10.2. If you choose a specific campaign, your donation is first applied toward that campaign's goal. The amount shown as raised on the campaign page updates once payment is confirmed.
10.3. If donations to a specific campaign exceed its goal (the goal is reached before the deadline), or if the campaign is already completed, closed, or has otherwise reached its goal, the surplus (and any further donations to that campaign) are used to finance the Fund's general activities, in line with the principles of Rules clause 9. This provision does not apply if the Fund explicitly states otherwise.
10.4. We may also attribute to a campaign support received outside the Website (e.g. in cash or by direct transfer) if it was in fact intended for that campaign's goal. Such support counts toward the campaign's progress but is recorded separately from amounts paid through the Website.
11. When we refund support
11.1. Donations are refunded only in exceptional cases.
11.2. One such case is a clear error in the amount (e.g. 150 EUR entered instead of 15.00 EUR). Write to us no later than three business days after the transfer — briefly describe what happened and state the amount you would like refunded.
11.3. We review each request individually and decide based on the circumstances. Once a refund is approved, we transfer the money within 14 days of receiving the substantiated request.
